What a meeting room fit-out includes

Meeting table: rectangular, open or closed boat-shaped, U-shaped or two-level horseshoe, in wood, marble or leather finishes, with cable channels built in.
Screens: hydraulic screens that rise from inside the table, folding screens on or into the table, main display screens, video walls and interactive displays. See meeting room screens.
Conference microphones: chairman and delegate units with flexible gooseneck, built into the table or freestanding, in two tiers: European brands for formal councils and a cost-effective option for everyday rooms. The camera turns to the active speaker automatically.
Audio: ceiling or wall speakers planned for the room size, with a mixer and processor that prevents feedback.
Video conferencing: speaker-tracking PTZ camera working with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
Wireless presentation and control: share a laptop or phone screen without cables, and control screens, lighting and curtains from one panel or iPad.
Electronic voting and interpretation for councils and committees when needed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a meeting room fit-out cost in Riyadh?

It depends on the room size, number of seats and the type of screens and microphones. After the site visit we send an itemized quotation, usually with two options at different budgets.

Do you build the meeting table or only install equipment?

Both. We design and manufacture the table with cable channels and openings for screens and microphones, then install the equipment in it.

Can you upgrade our existing room without replacing the table?

Yes. We add freestanding microphones and folding screens on the table and run cables with minimal works.

What is the difference between hydraulic and folding screens?

Hydraulic screens disappear completely inside the table and rise at the press of a button, which suits boardrooms. Folding screens cost less and fold onto or into the table surface.

Do you work outside Riyadh?

Yes. We have delivered projects in Buraydah and Hafr Al-Batin and serve all regions of Saudi Arabia.
