Conference, voting and interpretation systems in Saudi Arabia

Conference microphone systems

A gooseneck microphone unit at every seat with a talk button and built-in speaker. The chairman unit controls speaking priority and can mute other microphones, and the number of simultaneous speakers can be limited.

• Wired: stable and reliable for permanent rooms, including PoE and Dante network systems.
• Wireless: 2.4GHz or 5G WiFi, for rooms where cabling is not possible.
• Camera tracking: the camera turns to the active speaker automatically.

Electronic voting

Members vote from the buttons on their microphone units and results appear instantly on screen. Ideal for boards, municipal councils and committees that need fast, documented voting.

Infrared simultaneous interpretation

We set up interpreter booths, interpreter units and transmitters, and give attendees receivers with headphones to choose their language. The signal stays inside the room, which suits formal and confidential sessions.

Room sound

Ceiling or wall speakers planned for the room, with a mixer and feedback-free processing so everyone hears clearly. See our meeting room and conference hall solutions.

Frequently asked questions

How does electronic voting work in a council?

Each member has a microphone unit with voting buttons. The chairman opens the vote, members vote, and the result appears on screen immediately and can be saved.

Why infrared interpretation?

Infrared signals do not leave the room or pass through walls, so sessions stay confidential and there is no interference with neighbouring rooms.

Can voting or interpretation be added to an existing system?

It depends on the current system and whether it can be expanded. We check it during the site visit and recommend an add-on or a replacement.
